Mutiple people Body Temperature Screening System Single people Body Temperature Screening SystemThis article will introduce the basic steps to save a snapshot during an alarm event and process of automatically saving the snapshot to a FTP server or SD card.
Please be sure you are logged into the camera with Foscam VMS before proceeding to the steps below.
Note: For FTP applications, be sure to first setup FTP configuration on camera and server first.
On Foscam VMS:
Step 1: Setup the Motion Alarm Settings
1)Navigate to Settings → Alarm menu and choose Motion Detections for this example
2)Check enable to set the proper Sensitivity and Trigger interval.
3)Select Take Snapshot to obtain alarm snapshots
4)Setup the Detection Area and Schedule. Once completed click the Save button to store the configuration settings to the camera.
3) DO NOT forget to set the Detection Area which is indicated by red grids.
Step 2: Setup the Storage Location
Note: For FTP applications, be sure to first setup FTP configuration on camera
1)Navigate to the Video Menu → Snapshot Settings
2)Choose FTP or SD from the dropdown list
3)Click Save
Note: When motion is detected the camera will alarm and save snapshots to the FTP server or the SD card. After the snapshots are saved to the FTP server or to a SD card they must be accessed separately.
On PC browser:
Please be sure you are logged into the camera with a web browser before proceeding to the steps below.
Note: For FTP applications, be sure to first setup FTP configuration on camera and server first.

Note:
1) DO NOT forget to set the alarm schedule which is indicated in red.
2) Verify the time is correct on the camera or the alarm monitoring timeframe will be off schedule.
3) DO NOT forget to set the Detection Area which is indicated by red grids.

2)Choose FTP or SD from the dropdown list
