Some of Foscam cameras support to change its P2P port to improve the remote connection on Foscam app.
Step1: Login the camera from Foscam VMS or web browser.
Step2: Go to Settings-->Network-->P2P to change the P2P Port to any number between 10000 to 65535 and save it.
If the camera remote connection on Foscam app does not work better after that, it is suggested to change the P2P port to other numbers for several times.
