Mutiple people Body Temperature Screening System Single people Body Temperature Screening SystemOverview: This article will introduce the solution for forgetting the username or password of Foscam VMS local account.
1. On Windows PC, please go to the installation folder of the Foscam VMS and find the folder named "Data" in it. Then deleting all the files in that folder("Data") will reset the username and password of your Foscam VMS. Meanwhile all the added cameras will be removed as well.
2. On MacOS, please click on Go-->Go to Folder and input /Users/Your Mac's name/Library/Containers/com.foscam.IvyIoTVMS to delete all the files from that folder. Then the previous username and password of the Foscam VMS will be gone and you can re-open the Foscam VMS to set new username and password for it.
